Here at Amelia's Nannies, we advocate for our nannies!  We believe in being dedicated to our families AND our nannies. We feel strongly about requiring industry standards from families, including but not limited to; guaranteed hours, overtime pay, legal pay (w2), paid holidays, paid vacation days, paid sick leave, a working contract, and competitive pay.We want to make sure that your contracts, pay, and benefits are taken care of for you. We will help you get your resume together, create a contract for you, negotiate accordingly, and continue to support you once you've been placed with a family!

  1. Minimum of 2+ years of nanny experience or experience as a childcare worker.

  2. Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years of College preferred.

  3. Early Child Education degree or thorough understanding of ages and stages of child growth and development.

  4. Valid U.S. work authorization.

  5. Valid drivers license.

  6. Verifiable references.

  7. Completion of CPR and First Aid classes.
